We believe that spirituality is about being in alignment with self (mind, body, spirit and purpose) and knowing that we are all connected (one). Kickin it with Life is an online Spiritual Life Coaching platform that aims to help individuals achieve a mind, body and soul transformation by utilizing an alternative holistic healing approach. Kickin it with Life also has a focus on trauma/shadow work where we take a look at the culprit of the clients maladaptive behaviors, patterns, thoughts, and cycles so that we can understand the foundation of their worldview and core beliefs. 

Kickin it with Life also creates a personalized spiritual alternative healing plan, where the client and spiritual life coach establishes goals and interventions to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. Everyone is different in their own way. Therefore, our clients' spiritual alternative healing plans are tailored to each individual based upon their needs. The goal is for individuals to acquire self-empowerment that encourages individuals to foster a sense of self holistically. This is done by infusing their spiritual beliefs and practices, along with developing healthy patterns that reduce and/or prevent impairment in daily functioning from the trials and tribulations we experience in today’s society. Distant reiki, tarot, meditations, crystal healing, prophetic channeling, numerology, effective communication skills, discussing triggers and more; are utilized throughout the clients spiritual holistic healing process to help promote positive growth and change. Some clients may discover that they are a shaman, mystic, healer, guide, spiritual teacher etc…  

An initial consultation will be administered to see if we are a good fit for your needs. Please understand that this is a spiritual life coaching service and not a counseling service nor a medical agency. There are similarities and differences between life coaching and counseling. Therefore, if you are seeking a diagnosis and treatment plan, Don Juan Spiritual Guidance unfortunately is unable to provide services to you at this time.
